Innovation Center for Performance Management Customer Advisory Board – North America and Europe
An important component to the Innovation Center is the Customer Advisory Board (CAB). The goal of CAB is to partner with customers that are exceeding the objectives they set out to accomplish with their deployment of Cognos solutions. Another equally important objective is to foster an environment that drives the personal success of those individuals who are “leading the charge” around their Cognos implementations.
As a Customer Advisory Board member, you can:
- Influence product and service development by providing valuable feedback
- Gain early access to new technology by participating in Beta process
- View soon-to-be released products and interact with Cognos management
- Network, interact and share ideas and solutions with other business planning professionals, industry thought leaders and Cognos development teams
CAB Meetings
The Innovation Center is comprised of two Customer Advisory Boards—one in North America and another in Europe. Each CAB meets periodically throughout the year either as a full group, smaller local focus group, via Web-based discussions, or through written surveys. The Innovation Center typically hosts two meetings in Europe each year and one in North America as part of Cognos Forum. Other meetings are scheduled as the need for customer dialog and feedback arises.
